1.  Go to your ProLine integrations page, click QXO and log in. Select the branch and account you want to use, because products can vary by branch.
2. Link your price list items. Import products directly from QXO or link existing items. You control which products sync.
3. Choose your sync method. Set Auto Sync to update your price list daily or use Manual Sync to compare and approve changes
4. Build a quote like normal. ProLine already lets you create good‑better‑best proposals, embed photos and videos, and capture e‑signatures.
5. Place the order. When the customer signs, submit the order directly from ProLine. The order goes straight to QXO.
